Our History

Precision Glass & Aluminum, the predecessor of Precision Upstate was a privately owned and operated company based out of Scotia, New York. Originally founded in 1996 by Wayne Peper and Tom Lyons, they grew the company successfully before retiring.

Since 2017, the company has been under new ownership that has built on the foundation and added products that utilize state-of-the-art technology to better serve and support its customers. With the addition of a second facility in mid-2017, our commercial division is able to meet the needs of our expanded customer requests.
